Well...it's good to finally be back to Memory Monday after a little time off. I know that I want to finish Psalm 37, but this week, I am going to move to Philipians to a couple of verses that I need to add to some prior memorization. I contantly quote Philipians 4:6-7 to myself, but I would like to add verses 8 & 9 to that. I can apply verses 6 & 7 to just about every second of the day sometimes. It runs over and over in my head, especially since I am "anxious" by nature. The verses simply state:
"6 Be anxious for nothing but in everything (ALL things), by prayer and suppplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be known to God; 7 and the peace of God which surpasses all (of your) understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."
So this week, I would like to expand on that and add the next verses, which state:
I hope that everyone has a great week...happy memorizing!
"8 Finally, bretheren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virture and if there is anything praiseworthy--meditate on these things. 9 The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you."
I hope that everyone has a great week...happy memorizing!
