This is what I'm curling up with tonight! This is the coolest book! It's not entirely a cookbook, but more of an encyclopedia of all of the greatest instructions and "how-to's" composed by Julia herself....and straight out of that genius brain of hers. I'll have to report on some of her cool tips once I've had a chance to peruse the pages.
Julia is one of my all time favorite "pre-Food Network" chefs. As a matter of fact, I would go so far as to say that she is one of the greatest chefs of all time. I love the new guys just as much as anyone else, but Julia will always be the best in my book....a class act of all class acts.
