I find this verse more relevant now than ever in my life and on behalf of the lives of my family. I cannot imagine what my Lord suffered on Calvary's cross for my sin. But I am thankful that those stripes brought healing both physical and spiritual for me and for those who believe in Him and have had true repentance in their lives.
1 Peter 2:24
24He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.
