And might I add, it was SO tender and SO juicy! The Asian flavors were SO yummy! This is a must try! I also cut up two sweet yellow onions and cooked them around the chicken.
We thoroughly enjoyed this new method for roasting chicken, and will MOST certainly be trying it again soon. We are also going to use this method of prepping the chicken the next time that we grill out. This method is great for grilling!
