I am so glad to be a part of a local body of believers that has a great Women's ministry. I am headed to get ready to go now, but thought I would share our plans for this evening. It's a time for the ladies to get together over "espresso" and "expresso" what's going on in our lives regarding a certain topic. Here is the invite for our gathering tonight. Women make plans to participate in an "Expresso" event at NOMO! We will be having a conversation about about a woman's body, closet and her soul. How does the culture around us effect how we define beauty? Do we have an healthy perspective about our bodies and our health? Has the fashion industry dictated to us what we should wear?
Women need to find a Biblical guide to navigate decisions concerning their bodies, their dress and how much we will be influenced by the world around us.
Should we be "unfashionable" in a fashionable world? Come join the discussion.
