BLOGS THAT I LOVE TO READ, AND WHY
My husband is a "news junkie". He loves to watch the local and national news and read the paper from cover to cover. Me, on the other hand.....that's one of the beautiful reasons that he's my husband....so that HE can tell me if there is something that I need to know. I MUCH prefer to read about happy things all the time. If I watch too much news (and I have before), it tends to weigh me down. Rob, on the other had, can watch it and then leave it. It's just another of the differences in our personalities that the Lord created. Anyhow....I know that you're wondering what this has to do with blogs that I love to visit!
I love my Google Reader. It's my own personal "Happy Newspaper"! I leave the other stuff to Rob, meanwhile, I read my own headlines that I've chosen to read each day. So, if you see a blog listed on my site, I REALLY DO read these blogs in my own little newspaper of sorts. I have grown to really love the writings of some of these fabulous women (and a couple of men, my brother being one of them!). Most are saved into this list that you see to the left, but I have also included many of them by listing their "blog buttons" (which appear on the left and the right columns). I hope that you will take a minute to paruse some of them. They are much more pleasant and uplifting than some of the news going on in our world!
